Tai Chi Class Demonstration
Wednesday, Dec. 14th at 11am in the Parish Hall
The Marblehead Wudang Practice Group will demonstrate the moving meditation of Wudang Taijiand and Qigong. Rosie Segil, who was trained in the healing arts with the Daoist monk, Zhou Xuan Yun, will share the “poetic integration” of mind and body practice through gentle exercises and movements. Rosie will be offering beginner level classes this winter at UUCGL. Everyone is welcome to join. Please RSVP below if you'd like to join us on the 14th in the Parish Hall.
