Calling All Scandinavians! (And everyone else!)
Do you have Nordic blood? Did you marry a Scandinavian? Do you have a favorite food from Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway or Sweden? Or did you just see an interesting recipe? Anyone is welcome to contribute to the annual Scandinavian Fellowship Hour on Sunday, December 14 (the day after St. Lucia Day). Bring food and any appropriate decorations for the festivities, and be ready to celebrate in the manner of the Nordic people—who manage to be some of the happiest people on earth despite high taxes and cold weather.
