Tibetan Buddhists, Hindus, Native Americans and many other cultures have all derived spiritual connection and healing from the making of mandalas. Psychoanalyst Carl Jung has called it “a representation of the unconscious self.” The mandala is widely recognized as a meaningful reflection of its creator. Together, we will create a sand mandala, utilizing its holistic therapeutic benefits along the way.
