Would you like to engage in a practice of joy, calm, and empowerment? Support your health and well-being with an embodied spiritual practice by joining our Tai Chi classes on Tuesday mornings!


Some of the benefits of Tai Chi:

  • improves balance and flexibility

  • relieves stress and fatigue

  • strengthens body and mind


Classes will be held on Tuesdays, 9am-10am


​This is a true beginner class that will explore Tai Chi fundamentals and theories and learn Wudang Tai Chi 28 movements. Register HERE for Beginner Tai Chi (unless you have taken this class at UUCGL before). Wear a loose-fitting top and bottom to class and sneakers, preferably flat bottom. Bring water.


Please try out the first class for free, and if you choose to continue you may pay at the next class. Click HERE for class schedule and payment information. If you need help affording the classes, partial and full financial waivers are available by request on the registration form.
