What tides and waves will we ride together this coming program year?

The annual Ingathering Service is the kick-off of the church year for our congregation. A treasured part of this service is the Water Communion ritual, where folks collect small amounts of water from the places they have been over the summer and combine them together while sharing something about the meaning it holds. If you haven’t collected any, that’s ok! Just bring some tap water to represent something that has significance to you.

All ages will share the beginning of the service (and the Water Ritual) together, and it will be wonderful to see each other's faces.

—Rev. Dr. Victoria Weinstein, Worship Leader

*Children and youth will begin in worship with adults and stay through the Water Ritual, and then transition to some fun field day activities to kick off the new year. We will also provide childcare in the nursery for children of any age that would prefer that option from 9:45 am until after worship

We will be together at church and on Facebook Live.

If you will be joining us online you can access the Order of Service here (updated document will be posted 24-48 hours before the Sunday Service). For the morning offertory you may donate online here. If you will not be able to attend the service in person but have a joy, sorrow, milestone or prayer request to share with the minister and congregation, you are welcome to submit that here.

For those of you who would like to maintain social distance in the sanctuary (which has several air filters running every Sunday), the front side of the sanctuary by the wooden Lydia Breed sculpture is reserved for you. (See diagram here.)
