Inspired by a poem by Audre Lord, we consider what it means to survive. Is survival just a matter of keeping body and soul together? Rev. Vicki will share reflections from her work on a character who decides that mere physical survival is enough as the Nazis come to power in 1929 Berlin, and will sing a song from “Cabaret.” Rabbi Allen Lipson of Essex County Community Organization (ECCO) will also join us.
We will be together at church and on Facebook Live.
