Dialogue Group

"Dialogue" is a way of practicing deep listening that enables us to share personal experiences and thoughts in a way that collectively builds a more expansive understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

This group is currently meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 8PM. All are welcome!

If you'd like to come 10 minutes early, we'll start with a short discursive (think inner dialogue) meditation.  The dialogue will start right at 8:00.
