The Swampscott School Building Committee has announced workshops to discuss the proposed Stanley School project. Information is below. Church members are invited to join these meetings to hear about the Town’s plans. Zoom links are on the School Building Committee’s website at: https://sites.google.com/swampscott.k12.ma.us/sbc/home.

Our UUCGL Stanley School Task Force (Doreen Hodgkin, Sarah Cecil and Mark Vander Linden) met recently with Town representatives. We will be back to you soon with an update on what we learned and how this may impact the Church.

TRAFFIC SOLUTIONS WORKSHOP: Tuesday, February 2nd, 7:00-8:30pm

Understanding and planning for the impact of traffic on the surrounding neighborhood is a critical component to the design and construction of the new Swampscott Elementary School. Please join us to learn more.

SITE DESIGN WORKSHOP: Thursday, February 4th, 7:00-8:30pm

The site design of the new Swampscott Elementary School has many exciting features. Please join us to learn more about how it will impact the students, staff and surrounding community.

COMMUNITY USE WORKSHOP: Tuesday, February 9th, 7:00-8:30pm

The new Swampscott Elementary School will be an asset for the entire community. Please join us to discuss ways in which all residents will benefit.
