Youth Choir
Children in the church have been involved in a series of musical projects involving between three and six weeks of rehearsal.
During some of these youth choir projects, the training program of the Royal School of Church Music has been used to ground the children in musicianship skills and to help them understand how their gifts are an important contribution to the life of the congregation.
Youth Choir members have participated in Christmas pageants, presented anthems in Sunday worship, and learned to ring handbells. They have had tours inside the pipe organ, played with Boomwhackers, and practiced singing in parts.
The Director of Music is looking for families committed to supporting their children in spending time and energy to rehearse consistently with a group of young people.
