An important part of our church community is being together and caring for one another. This caring happens whenever we gather together through worship; our religious education for children, youth , and adults; when we make music together; or when gather in small groups like our covenant groups. We also try to pay special attention to families and individuals who are going through transition or crisis. The minister and other members of the church visit those who are sick or dying. The minister also provides pastoral care and spiritual direction to members of this community. We try to bring meals to those individuals or families that need a little extra support because of a new baby in the family or because of illness or injury.
In a society that often isolates individuals and families, we believe that our church is a place to be known by your fellow community members, to care for those around you, and to be cared for yourself.
