Giving

Being generous of both our time and our financial resources is an important part of our spiritual journey. When we give our time and our financial resources we are taking part in a long line of stewardship that goes back to the founding of this church hundreds of years ago. In some organizations and churches, financial giving and volunteering are seen as two separate spheres. However, here at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn we see them as intertwined and inexorably linked to each other. When we give money and/or time, we are connecting deeply to the community by being one of the community’s sustainers.

Visit our Volunteer Opportunities to find out how you might be able to volunteer your time to this community.

If you would like to become a regular financial supporter of our church, fill out our pledge card and mail it into the church.

One-time financial gifts may be made by check or money order. Checks should be made out to the UU Church of Greater Lynn and mailed to 101 Forest Ave., Swampscott, MA 01907. Please view our Gift Acceptance Policy if you would like to restrict your gift or wish to make a gift of securities or another item of value.

Of course, gifts of time or money mean little unless they accomplish something. Please visit our Ministries page to see what these gifts of money and time accomplish in the world.
